Mittagskogel / Kepa is 2145 meter high peak with a cross located in the Karawanks mountain range. The peak is located on the border between the country of Slovenia and the country of Austria. The nearest mountain hut is Bertahütte, located 1.5km north-northeast. bivouac Biwackschachtel Annahütte is also relatively close. The peak is located north-northeast of the valley Vrata and a marked path leads to the top.
