Description:
Mitterstaff is 2002 meter high peak and is part of the Gailtal Alps. The peak is located 6 km west-northwest from the center of Stockenboi and 6 km south-southeast from the center of Siflitz. The nearest mountain hut is Gusenalm, located 1.8km northeast. And Steineralm is also close by. The peak is located south-southwest of the valley Lurnfeld.
