Monte del Ferro is 2347 meter high peak with a registration box and a cross located in the Carnic Alps mountain range. The peak is located 2 km north-northwest from the center of Sappada and 4 km southeast from the center of Cima Canale. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio Monte Ferro, located 1.5km southeast. And Monte Siera is also close by. West of the summit is the valley Val Visdende.
