Monte Orsario / Veliki Medvejk is 472 meter high peak. The peak is located on the border between the country of Slovenia and the country of Italy. The nearest mountain hut is Lovska koča na Kožleku, located 10km east-southeast. A bit closer is bivouac Pastirska hiška, which is located 2km to the south-southeast. The peak is located north of the valley Val di Longera and a marked path leads to the top. The peak is located above Kras.
