Niederes Platteneck

Description:
Niederes Platteneck is 1335 meter high peak in the Salzkammergut Mountains. The peak is located 6 km north-northeast from the center of Rußbachsaag and 7 km north-northeast from the center of Rußbach am Paß Gschütt and 2 km south of peak Rinnkogel. The nearest mountain hut is Sulzaustube, located 3km northwest. Closer is Kammersbachhütte (Jhtt.), which is located 1.3km to the west. North-northeast of the summit is the valley Trattengraben.
