Nock is 2715 meter high peak and is part of the Ötztal Alps. The peak is located 1.8 km east-northeast of peak Östlicher Gerstgraserspitz. The nearest mountain hut is Similaunhütte - Rifugio Similaun, located 6km north-northeast. A little further is bivouac Schäferhütte. 7 km northeast from the summit there is glacier Grafferner - Vedretta della Grava, 7 km north-northeast from the summit there is also glacier Niederjochferner. The peak is located in the valley Vinschgau - Val Venosta.
