Description:
Östliche Hochgrubachspitze is 2284 meter high peak and is part of the Kaiser Mountains. The peak is located 5 km north-northeast from the center of Going and 5 km west from the center of Gasteig and 0.2 km west-southwest of peak Ackerlspitze. The nearest mountain hut is Gaudeamushütte, located 2km southwest. A bit closer is Ackerlhütte, which is located 1.4km to the south-southeast. The peak is located above the valley Kaiserbachtal.
