Östliche Spießrutenspitze is 2700 meter high peak in the Lechtal Alps. The peak is located in country Austria 3 km south of peak Leiterspitze. The nearest mountain hut is Württemberger Haus, located 1.4km northeast. And Jagdhütte is also close by. Northwest of the summit is the valley Madautal.
