Description:
Payerspitze - Punta Payer is 3450 meter high peak in the National Park Stelvio. The peak is located 0.6 km southeast of peak Geisterspitze - Punta degli Spiriti. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio Garibaldi - Dreisprachenspitze, located 4km north-northwest. Closer is bivouac Locatelli Ninotta, which is located 1.1km to the east-northeast. 1.3 km west-northwest from the summit there is Vitelli Glacier, 2.0 km east-northeast from the summit there is also glacier Trafoier Ferner - Vedretta di Trafoi. The peak is located south-southwest of the valley Trafoital.
