Vordere Madatschspitze - Madaccio di fuori is 3191 meter high peak and is part of the National Park Stelvio. The peak is located 1.6 km north of peak Hintere Madatschspitze - Madaccio Di dentro. The nearest mountain hut is Berglhütte - Rifugio Borletti, located 3km northeast.
