Periška glava is 215 meter high peak on the island Hvar. The peak is located 0.9 km north-northwest from the center of Zastražišće and 3 km east from the center of Poljica. The nearest mountain hut is Planinarska kuća Gažul, located 24km northwest. A bit closer is bivouac Lugarnica, which is located 20km to the west.
