Pozôf is 1626 meter high peak located in the Carnic Alps mountain range. The peak is located 4 km east-southeast from the center of Comeglians and 4 km east-northeast from the center of Ovaro and 1.1 km west of peak Monte Zoncolan and zahodno above the mountain pasture Malga Pozof. The nearest mountain hut is Baita Goles, located 1.8km east. And bivouac Malga Arvenutis is also close by. Southwest of the summit is the valley Val Degano.
