Rieglerkogel is 999 meter high peak in the Mürzsteg Alps. The peak is located 3 km south-southeast of peak Bürgeralpe. The nearest mountain hut is Tonionhütte, located 5km south-southeast. Closer is bivouac Rasing Abzw Sigmundsberg, which is located 2km to the west. 6 km northwest of the peak there is lake Erlaufsee. North of the summit is the valley Mühlgraben.
