Rosenspitze is 3060 meter high peak located in the High Tauern mountain range. The peak is located 2 km north-northeast of peak Keeseck. The nearest mountain hut is Reichenberger Hütte (neue), located 3km southeast. A little further is bivouac Blinigalm. 8 km southwest of the peak there is lake Sankt-Josef-See. 5 km northwest from the summit there is glacier Welitzkees, 6 km northwest from the summit there is also glacier Rötkees - Vedretta Rossa.
