Description:
Rosskogel is 1892 meter high peak in the mountain group Totes Gebirge. The peak is located in country Austria 9 km north from the center of Grundlsee and 10 km northeast from the center of Altaussee and 3 km east of peak Großer Wildenkogel. The nearest mountain hut is Rinnerhütte, located 2km north-northeast. A bit closer is Wildenseehütte, which is located 1.9km to the east-southeast. The peak is located east-northeast of the valley Rettenbachtal.
