Description:
Rotenkogel is 2762 meter high peak located in the High Tauern mountain range. The peak is located 4 km west from the center of Lesach and 4 km east-southeast from the center of Seblas. The nearest mountain hut is Bergrettungshütte, located 3km west-northwest. Closer is bivouac Gurner Alm, which is located 2km to the north-northeast. The peak is located west of the valley Kalser Tal.
