Description:
Rotpleiskopf is 2894 meter high peak and is part of the Ötztal Alps. The peak is located 1.6 km northwest of peak Blockkogel. The nearest mountain hut is Frischmannhütte, located 2.0km northeast. A little further is bivouac Wöckelwarte. 8 km southwest from the summit there is glacier Gallruttferner, 8 km southwest from the summit there is also glacier Gsallferner. The peak is located in the valley Oberinntal.
