Sagzahn is 2228 meter high peak with a cross. The peak is located 0.6 km southeast of peak Rofanspitze and north-northeast above the mountain pasture Schermsteinalm. The nearest mountain hut is Alpbühelalm, located 1.9km south-southwest. Even closer is Bergrettungshütte, which is located 1.4km to the north. The peak is located in the valley Unterinntal.
