Description:
Schwarzwalder Wipfel is 1781 meter high peak and is part of the Gurktal Alps. The peak is located 5 km southwest of peak Rosennock. The nearest mountain hut is Thomannbauerhütte, located 1.7km northwest. A little further is Heinz Günther Hütte. 9 km southwest of the peak there is lake Lake Millstatt. The peak is located north-northwest of the valley Gegendtal.
