Spering

Description:
Spering is 1605 meter high peakon which a cross stands and is part of the Upper Austrian Prealps. The peak is located 4 km southeast from the center of Klaus an der Pyhrnbahn and 5 km north-northwest from the center of Sankt Pankraz. The nearest mountain hut is Polz Hütte, located 9km east. A bit closer is bivouac Funkstation, which is located 1.0km to the east-southeast. The peak is located west-southwest above the mountain pasture Haidenalm. The peak is located on the ridge Sengsengebirge.
