Stege Ötschen is 2598 meter high peak located in the High Tauern mountain range. The peak is located 3 km south-southeast from the center of Predoi and 9 km north-northeast from the center of Rein in Taufers - Riva di Tures and 1.1 km northwest of peak Lengspitz - Pizzo Lungo. The nearest mountain hut is Affentalalm, located 3km south-southeast. A little further is bivouac Neugersdorfer Hütte. 6 km east-northeast from the summit there is glacier Rötkees - Vedretta Rossa.
