Description:
Straßfried is 752 meter high peak located in the Carnic Alps mountain range. The peak is located 5 km north-northwest of peak Cima Cavallar / Kavalarka. The nearest mountain hut is Planinski dom Tromeja, located 6km southeast. A bit closer is Liftwarthütte, which is located 4km to the east-southeast. Northeast of the summit is the valley Unteres Gailtal.
