Trainsjoch

Description:
Trainsjoch is 1707 meter high peak with a registration box and a cross and is part of the Bavarian Prealps. The peak is located on the border between the country of Austria and the country of Germany. The nearest mountain hut is Mariandlalm, located 1.3km west. bivouac Schwoich Bäckerei Schellhorn is also relatively close. The peak is located west-severowest above the mountain pasture Trainsalm. South of the summit is the valley Thierseetal and west-severowest above the mountain pasture Trainsalm.
