Vorderer Sajatkopf is 2915 meter high peakon which a cross stands located in the High Tauern mountain range. The peak is located 3 km northeast from the center of Hinterbichl and 3 km north-northwest from the center of Prägraten. The nearest mountain hut is Sajathütte, located 0.8km west. bivouac Blinigalm is also relatively close. 4 km east-northeast from the summit there is glacier Säulfrosnitzkees, 4 km north-northeast from the summit there is also glacier Garaneberkees.
