Westliche Schnapfenspitze

Description:
Westliche Schnapfenspitze is 3179 meter high peak and is part of the Silvretta Alps. The peak is located 1.6 km west-northwest of peak Südliches Fluchthorn. The nearest mountain hut is Jamtalhütte, located 3km west-southwest. A little further is bivouac Ehemalige Zollwachhütte. 3 km south-southwest from the summit there is glacier Futschölferner, 5 km west from the summit there is also glacier Madlenerferner. The peak is located east of the valley Jamtal.
