Congratulations for the pilgrimage on Slovenian Way of St. James. The initiative for the path was given by Marjeta and Metodij Rigler, who then walked a long "via dolorosa" among ignorant state officials and narrow-minded tourism workers to mark it at all. They also published a guide for the Slovenian St. James path titled "Where are those paths that used to be?". A Cycling Guide to the Way of St. James has also been published. There is also the Society of Friends of St. James Path in Slovenia.
