When is best to go to Triglav?
Some say end of June or start of July, no crowd...others August...
Decided to go up from Vrata via Tominškova...second day down via Prag...
In June (assuming good weather) is Tominškova path normally passable...or still snow?

Thanks everyone for opinions and advice!

The thing is now that only a 2-day tour seems feasible...we'll go from Vrata for sure... Considering route Vrata - Tominškova - Kredarica (overnight) - Triglav - Kredarica - Prag - Vrata...now mainly interested in that Tominškova path...some write not recommended or "terrible", then some beginners say no big deal at all...
So far we've been to Triglav 3x no problems...also on the ascent to summit and over Mali Triglav etc...probably Tominškova still easier than the ascent to Triglav summit...?

internet problems... I thought the question from 11.5. was not saved on the forum... and no need to get upset without reason!!! Anyway, we don't need such opinions or answers as the all-knowing "Turbo" gives!!!

We were thinking in this direction... Vrata - Prag - Kredarica (possibly also Planika - overnight) - Triglav - Planika - Staničeva koča (overnight) - Prag - Vrata... Simply put, we would go for 3 days to simplify things and try to enjoy the mountain world as much as possible...

This year we have the wish to go to Triglav again (probably once in August)... this time from Vrata. We would like to do a 3-day tour (2 nights) and then return to the same place from where we started. We are not exactly professionals, fitness will not be a problem. Last year we went via Rudno Polje - Planika - Triglav - Sedmera jezera - Komarča - Bohinj and it was great!!! Thanks for all advice and help!

In summer we aim to go to Triglav from Vrata... I'd ask if someone can recommend a path most suitable (we're not pros...we've been to Triglav...and fitness no problem)
Last year we went up via Rudno Polje - Planika - Triglav - Sedmera - Komarca - Bohinj...it was 3-day tour and great... This year different path...from Vrata...and return to same spot... Want 3-day tour again... Anyone suggestion how? Tominsek? Prag? Know those more 2-day...but we set on 3-day...
