Please, can someone tell me what the road to planina Blato is like? Up to where is it drivable without chains?

A week ago no snow issues on this path, except on descent from Zelnarica to saddle there is a snow patch ~10m long but steep. Can't cross without ice axe, but easy to bypass on rocks.

Has anyone gone up there on skis in the last few days? How is it for skiing and how far can you ski down?

Regarding the road, I hope we've agreed I'm interested, what's the path to Grintovec like? Is it trodden? Better to go with skis? Is anything dangerous? Thanks!

Oh cool What board does it have to be? Wooden, or doesn't matter? Now that it's the end of the season, they're pretty cheap (around 70€). Then splitboard kit 160$, plus skins 150$. What about bindings? Need special ones that lift up?

Hey, I'm also an enthusiastic boarder chick. So far I've always hiked up with boots to the top, carrying the board, but that's too much as longer ascents are tough, you sink into the snow and tire quickly. Very interested in this splitboard variant. Anyone selling one? Where to buy it? Any affordable option? (now have 150 cm length). Thanks for tips!
