I'm interested in something about resting on ferratas. What is best to use for resting (slings, carabiners,...)? And how to use the thing properly If someone can tell a bit more about it, I'm quite new to these things..

Apparently we misunderstood... I've already climbed ferratas like Lavamund, Železna kapla, Gonžarjeva peč,... also climbing walls on Brana, Ojstrica and some other Kamniks... but I've never used a resting kit, so I asked what you use, as I'm new to these things...
