Hi!
Gecko skins served me well last year, but this year the self-adhesive layer softened and became very sticky.
Over summer they were stored in a dark and cool place so no external damaging influence.
When I pull the skins off the skis, a sticky, black, gooey substance remains on them. Skiing obviously not possible without prior cleaning which is unacceptable.
Proper cleaning of the base is only possible with some solvent.
Anyone else had this experience? How to fix it?
