I have a similar pole (200 g/pole) for 4 seasons. In winter I have bigger circles (50 days on skis).
Very well shaped grip, which allows a slightly different load on the pole from above. This comes into play especially on descents.

Yesterday we went to Logarska dolina to check snow conditions above Logarska dolina. We went above Okrešelj. That the conditions are complex, we realized at Rinka waterfall. 3 days ago a large avalanche came down the gully left of Eagle's Nest. Another avalanche covered the path to Okrešelj above Rinka waterfall and came from slopes of Mrzla gora.

Has anyone fallen in a via ferrata and wants to share the experience with others?

Does anyone know if a harness has ever torn in a fall? It would be interesting to know and analyze if possible!

The harness wouldn't tear according to my experience. How the spine would react in a bad scenario, I wouldn't want to test!
