Hi. Thanks to all for answers - well for the part I asked about. Yeah, last time up there quite some time ago so didn't remember how it is... That's why I asked... I wouldn't get into "little crampons". Magroman, I agree with you - well, you need to know when, where and how to use them. Anyway, changed plans, inquired elsewhere and got similar answers that it's OK... So today headed up - to wait for sunset on Roblek. Hoped (expected) OK conditions to also go to Veliki vrh. So now I can answer my own question on conditions for anyone planning to go up in the next days... Went from Roblek and on the path to the top really just a trace of snow, which poses no problems - at least afternoon when not frozen - think morning too with more caution bp. Was thinking if I would go with more snow. But then without proper gear - real crampons, ice axe (and knowledge) wouldn't go on this ridge

Asked because I know that many hills around 2000m in suitable conditions are OK even without real crampons and ice axe... Will find some such before a course I'm planning to attend this year (to show off a bit then - not for anything else

) A bit of fun must be there, right - LP everyone!!!
