Hello! I'm also interested in access to Planina Podvežak? So if I arrive before 7:30 can I pass? I planned to go to Mala Ojstrica tomorrow, was looking forward to the trip, but it looks bad. Thanks for any info

Hello!
I'm wondering about access to Velika Planina from the Kranjski Rak direction (higher on the gravel path next to the quarry). Last time I drove to the gravel parking, there was a big ditch dug around and I couldn't park anywhere. Is it still like that?
Now I have a 1.6-year-old daughter and access from Calcit is not an option, cable car is not my favorite either.
