On a few spots below the summit there's a little wind-blown snow on the path. But with higher temperatures it will flow to the valley too.

I'll start from the back. You can drive by car, but be careful because there is snow on the road in some sections.

If you plan to do the route Prtovč - Jesenovec - pl. Klom - Kosmati vrh - Vratca - Gladki vrh - Krekova koča on skis, that's fine. For hiking it's not trodden, and skiers won't be thrilled if you walk on the track and poke holes in the piste.

The path Prtovč - Razor - Krekova koča is nicely trodden. Kosmati vrh can be an optional addition.

The Prestreljenik stamp is available in the Prestrelnik restaurant at the last station of the gondola cable car.

The path to Poden is dry, the footpath further towards Ratitovec in this direction is also dry.
