Does anyone have any information about Frischauf's to Grintovec? Do you need to cross any snowfield?

OK, Janez, I'll ask differently - is the road normally drivable to the saddle by breaking traffic rules?

So is the road to Mangart Saddle normally drivable (was the landslide cleared then)? Are the current snowfields safely passable without winter gear?

Does anyone happen to know the conditions on Jubilejna? Is winter gear still needed?
