Conditions Mrzli dol - Križ: Mrzli dol has one more small snow patch, which can be crossed normally without winter gear. Otherwise the path is apparently still officially closed, protections are in very poor condition on some parts - pulled out pegs, several are wobbly, but still one can get past nicely. For the experienced it shouldn't be a problem.

For the way back down though I warmly recommend Turski žleb, also completely dry and with much more reliable protections

How are the Rinkes this year, is there still any snow patch on the way to the top or is it dry? I'm interested in the route Okrešelj - Mrzli dol - Križ and then return via Turski žleb?

Conditions on path from Logarska dolina: still 3 snowfields on the way. 2 before Savinjsko sedlo and one very short at end of scree 20min before summit. All nicely crossable without winter gear, so anyone planning this wonderful peak - just path under feet

On the previous page it mentions the path via Durce, marked as easy (in this case I'd use it for the return, and it's clear from past comments that no winter gear is needed for it). But I'm interested in the climbing path.

Anyone know conditions on the climbing trail? Winter gear needed anywhere?
