Yesterday I did the route Vrata - Sovatna - Stenar - Križ - Bivak IV - Vrata, the path is definitely not yet dry, but it can be done without winter gear.

The most annoying part is the crossing of the snowfield at the bottom of the gully in the last pitch over Sovatna, before the fixed rope. The snowfield is steep and still quite hard at least in the morning, so I wouldn't tackle it without micro crampons. It can be bypassed on the right side of the gully, but not entirely easy.

The traverse under the summit part of Stenar is still snow-covered, but luckily the path goes low enough, so except for two small tongues (which you simply avoid) there is no snow on the path. The rest is simple.

Bovški Gamsovec from Dovška vrata to the summit looks completely dry and had lots of visitors yesterday.
