Today (10.11.2025) my wife and I went from Temlji on the southern path to Kotel. Up to about 760 m the path goes in switchbacks on cart track and it's OK. Then at the left switchback, where the path goes straight, it is almost impassable. There are fallen trees on the path and it's quite overgrown. I did about 30 m, but it still wasn't any better. So I turned back. Does anyone know what the path is like further on?

I started the trail in the village of Lohke and walked it counterclockwise.

Trail markers on the path, especially at the beginning, are deficient.

From GPS point 46.07158, 13.69119 (further past the village of Trušnje, where the Banjščice-Kanalski vrh road is left to the left before the right serpentine) onwards to Golek the path is practically impassable (fallen trees, electric fences across the path that cannot be bypassed.
