Yesterday I did a hike from Ljubelj to Golica. Started from the parking lot at Ljubelj, then towards the hut at Zelenica. Then I went towards Vrtača-Stol and then to Stol. Continued on the marked path towards Vajnež and Golica, where the path is practically flat along the ridge... The path is very picturesque all the time, unique views, although the Julians and Kamnik Alps were in fog, the entire Karavanke were clear... From Ljubelj to the hut on Golica I took cca 7 hours without stops, then still down to Planina pod Golico, where a friendly mountaineer drove me to the train station at Jesenice...

Last week I was at Mali and Veliki Paklenica. Super circular trail from Selin, where the national park entrance is, to Mali Paklenica, then to the mountain hut and then to Velika Paklenica (about 5.5 hours total hiking), where it's almost a highway for us hikers I was very surprised because at the top the forest starts and up to the hut everything is nicely green, stream flowing... and pleasant coolness that fits perfectly after a few days by the sea...
Really nice trail, except the heat, on the asphalt from Starigrad to Selin, where I had an apartment... Recommend! Best regards
p.s. I bought the map in Starigrad at the Tourist Agency 1:25000 Paklenica. It's good to have it, because if you're going for the first time you might get lost...

Yesterday I was on Planjava, coming from the direction of the pastures Podvežak-Korošica-Škarje-Planjava.
Below Planjava there are still a few snow patches, but no danger...
I descended towards the Silver Saddle and Korošica. Great circular route, all fine, except the heat... Best regards
