Yes, I was also there last week on Crna Prst, but this time from Primorska, from Kal. Really wonderful, sunny and dry. The rock ptarmigan and raven delighted me a lot at the top.

Kremenko, I suggest if you really want to go to Triglav, go from Uskovnica around Tošč to Vodnikov dom. Then to Planika and whether you want or not over Mali to Triglav. But if you're a DOPPS member like me for example, or just a nature and animal lover, I recommend going somewhere outside the crowd of Planika folks. E.g. Debeli vrh, Veliko špičje

Yes, I've been to Škrlatica 7 times and have quite some experience with this mountain. It's an extraordinary beauty among mountains, yes of course there are some pegs, I always take them since you never know when they might come in handy. The summit itself is quite flat and spacious. Just take self-belaying gear.
