On May 3rd there will be just a trace of snow left at 1500m, given how fast it's disappearing at Kredarica; over Bogatinsko sedlo I also think it won't be hard to get through.

At Kredarica from Krma, I was there Tuesday 22.11, conditions unchanged since then re temp/humidity, snow starts at approx. 2300. Quite hard and slightly icy. For descent recommend crampons, possible without with some care since there are many steps.
On Triglav too only with crampons, at least those two I saw.

What kind of "dangerous" conditions for Komna?
Did you maybe go towards Bogatin saddle too?

Up to Bogatinsko sedlo there is a track made, further last Saturday I saw another 3 snowshoers who probably went to Lanževica.

To Komna there's a nice trodden path that wasn't frozen, so shoes on feet and off you go

I went alone on Saturday 16.1 for another hour and a half walk towards Bogatin saddle, hoped to get to sun. Roughly to half path or bit more is trodden (don't have the best idea because all was merged with thick fog), then only snowshoe tracks visible, where I sank almost to knees, so turned soon.

A few more pics on the way to Bog. saddle from Saturday 21.2. Snow mixed, the deepest sinks to the knees. But last hour to saddle quite strenuous as it ascends more or less steeply.

In summer I didn't notice these signs at all, this time I noticed two types of signs: some have green color (maybe red on the other side?) and are round, others are arrow-shaped and were about a meter above the snow, just pointing somewhere in a weird direction, at least for me as ski touring newbie.

Today I headed towards Bogatin saddle, but didn't get there. No trace of Bogatin hut anymore, but now at least up to halfway further, otherwise it sinks to knees at times, elsewhere windblown and very hard so doesn't sink even a cm.
