No concrete anywhere, Jure. On the descent down the steep slope I chose full steps where only the heels sank nicely, for the ascent from Prgarca with chains, not for safety but for faster walking.

Super. Just don't go up with new ones, because on some parts snow is heavily windblown and rocks are exposed underneath.

Some pics again for friends.
Descent on this route on skis to Malo polje and down the valley to Korita where I left the car. Skiing on the principle 'show what you got'; all kinds of snow, rocks above and below snow. Interesting experience but I don't recommend. Skis of course makadamske.

At half past seven I leave the full parking lot in Krma at minus 7.5°C. After a half-hour walk it 'warms up' by at least five degrees, so I take off my shirt, change hat and gloves, and relieve myselfnasmeh. A bit below Prgarca even a warm breeze around the ears. When the sun shows up it adds energy for the slog, I take off the second shirt too. Due to powdery snow walking was not the most pleasant, crampons stuck in the backpack. I overtook 14 people, the first only in upper Krma. Visibility fantastic, wind light. On return smooth soles come in handynasmeh, as I can slide down every steep bit. At two the car still shows five below.
Road in Krma is 'mirrored', only Lamborghini-class cars might have slight trouble.mežikanje

Kredarica from Krma.
At the car -11°C, but no big deal, the "machine" warmed up quickly. Very little snow indeed. At Prgarca put on crampons. Some 100-200m (lengthwise) above Prgarca the track splits, worth the right variant if crampons on as it's all snow. Left variant bare and rocky in many places. At Kalvarija strong wind started blowing and carrying snow. But no biggie, we hunkered down.velik nasmeh On the descent wind calmed, at times quite warm. Road drivable with care, black ice spots. Thanks to Lijaneja for detailed road info. Much easier to decide for the tour. mežikanje

The road was plowed before the weekend, but not down to the gravel, so it's icy and tire tracks are pronounced in places, even with deep potholes, not suitable for low cars. But people drive up even without 4x4, so basically you can get to Kovinarska. Passing is almost impossible. Not many parking spots at Kovinarska, over the weekend they parked one behind the other. Some parking spots further under the last slope before Kovinarska. Otherwise you can drive almost to Kurje vasi along the road.

Some more pics for friends. The classic one with Kredarica is missing, forgot to take it. The most adrenaline-packed was the drive below Kovinarska hut avoiding ice holes. Tomorrow I recommend pickaxe and shovel, not many parking spots at Kovinarska. Kitschily beautiful day, skiing to Polje super, then ice almost to the valley bottom. For the ascent srenači were very useful. I recommend crampons to walkers.

Ps: Figured out why image upload issues. Phone switched from jpg to heic format. Would ask admin to enable this new, more efficient format too.

Does anyone maybe have information if the road is in any better condition and if the number of parking spots is still limited to about 5 vehicles?
