If you don't have connections or discounts in shops it's worth browsing the net a bit to save a few euros

I bought them last year, haven't used them much so don't know how they hold up long-term. They grip the skis great otherwise, just gotta make sure the skis aren't dirty with pine needles or pebbles. They go backwards nicely without effort

Here's a link for apartments and hotels http://www.valledifassa.it/ prices are very different depending on the place. Italians have tourism well organized with a card for the cable car you can also go up by bus so no need to go up and down the same path. I've been to Canazei and Predazzo three times so far.
