You mention liner socks - what kind, what material, experiences with brands??? Do they have special marks that they are liners??
I don't even remember ever coming across them!!!

Years ago I bought Alpina high mountain shoes "Triglav", but I can't wear them at all. I can wear them at home around the house for half a day, and it's ok, but when I go to the hills and feet sweat heavily, then on the right foot - heel - I always get abnormally big blisters, which I need to treat for a long time.

I have tried everything possible. I have changed several types of socks, currently I have double-reinforced Bridgedale socks as well as Lorpen.
I feel that the right shoe's heel part is abnormally hard and I want to soften it somehow there.

Please advise what to rub the shoe with to soften the heel part a bit and make it friendly to the foot!!
