furman, last weekend I was wandering around Prisank in exactly that weather. Under the window it started raining so I did the last part without major issues in the wet.
If a shower catches you, up the ridge path at least to the window you shouldn't have problems. Further it's a bit exposed and some rocks are very smooth even dry, so caution needed, but doable. You can still turn there if the weather seems too bad. Don't know the Slovenian path but think not more exposed than the ridge (by descriptions).
Wouldn't like to see Prisank in a thunderstorm so check forecast first..
