The rockfall happened a bit below Škrbina and it's completely impassable and since really something flies even to the lower snowfield where the path is, I would heed the warning.

Vrbanove Peaks and Rjavina are snow-free. There are some snow patches under Valentin Stanič hut (in Pekel) and around Dovška vrata, but they can be crossed without problems.

you can sleep in it (so no crowd) about 8 people, no key needed because it's not locked. For road conditions best to call PD Mojstrana - Dovje.

...Very, very nice... Vršič-Prisojnik-Jubilee path-Razor-Pogačnikov dom. Sleep. Descent straight to Zadnjica and to Log for the bus that goes over Vršič to Kranjska Gora. I think it runs every hour, at least in season. Otherwise ask in Bovec or Kr. Gora.

... I don't know, don't know... I'm tempted but tomorrow not exactly super nice forecast. Possible snow slabs, and quickly you're sure to the wet snow slab
