Guys diligently discussing conditioning: when we women have ,,those days of the month", no conditioning helps. At least not for me. I don't say it applies to all, but I'm not the only one who is weak that week, which especially shows in physical efforts. Then sometimes I really feel sick from the effort, though I know I've cycled those hills many times without problem. Andreja, maybe that's it for you too.
