It was the ritual phrase that culminated the entire simple ceremony with which our farmers welcomed their guests. Montefollonico has today simply become 'the Village of Vin Santo' for all connoisseurs of high-level enology, who every year participate in the event aptly named 'Would you like a sip of Vin Santo...?', which takes place on December 8th.
