DYNAMIC CLIMBING?

We've had so many requests from all of you about dynamic climbing this past year! As you may have noticed from our media, we have some really amazing coaches who also happen to be rather handy climbers too.... so what better opportunity to get them both on screen at the same time demoing some of their own tips and tricks during a session together. Whilst both Jen and Maddy come from different specialisations (international comp climbing vs hardcore trad) they both understand the elements that go into dynamic movement and the problems in this session are a perfect demonstration of that.
