Ski tour from 20.01.2016.
From Baumgarten parking lot (520m) ascend the forest road along Röthelbach to just before the Klause (ca. 940 m), where left through the forest to Röthelbach Alm. You reach the forest road again and after entering the forest again, take the next shortcut left in a wide stream bed. Gently ascending, follow the forest road again for about 1 km, then right through the forest to the lower Schlegel-Alm. Now follow the wide forest clearing eastward to the summit of Hochschlegel (1688m). At the summit is the mountain station of the disused drag lift. Descent as ascent.
